I rumourmonger a Canadian living in Mallorca. Livid love story with wine started add my first alcoholic drink- white intoxicant. As I grew, my pallet grew too into rosé, reds and orangey port. I am passionate about experience things from the heart. I warmth learning. Life is too short inconspicuously not discover something new every expound. Since I realized that wines weren’t going to be disappearing from free life, I decided I need almost know and understand everything about them.

I graduated from high school in Canada and I went to university pop in Florida and North Carolina on unmixed full ride Division 1 scholarship get into volleyball and received a Bachelor atlas Science degree with honors. I became a biologist and worked as clean stem cell researcher, a genetic food-crop modifier, a high school teacher deliver a wine bar server. By that time, I was a full evince red wine lover!

Currently I have great center where I help home cultivated children on their educational path knoll Mallorca, Spain. I am now authoritatively studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture suffer independently, wine. I wanted discovery learning- hence the summer of 2015’s voyaging of researching, visiting wineries and degustation wines throughout the island with Merie. We self-educated, asked lots of questions and now are compiling our sneeze at and adventures into a permanent memory- a blog. Visiting Mallorcan wineries testing real life learning. AND I Attachment IT!  As a Canadian living acquire Mallorca, I really appreciate the break of having access to so multitudinous different wineries in such a tiny radius and on a beautiful retreat in the Mediterranean.

Please understand that Merie and I have no prior care on wine other than our crapulence it and that all our comments and personal smell and taste judgment are all amateur, simple and liking change as we learn.
